Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time (U.S.):

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Time (International):

International shipping is available upon request email us directly at info@earthloveapothecary.com or earthsloveapothecary@gmail.com for a quote and custom order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, all sales are final for health and safety reasons.

We do not offer refunds unless your product arrives damaged or incorrect.

A photo of the product(s)
A short description of the issue

We will be happy to make it right whether that means a replacement, credit, or refund where applicable.
